Users should be able to send an email by going to the user's profile and clicking the email icon on the left. Short of that, unless they have alternative forms of contact listed, there isn't anything we can do. We can't directly give out private information.

dang...they don't have that option on their profile.

I guess I just have to wait and hope for the best. Otherwise RIP my money.

I'm really really really gonna assume the best intentions of this person but if they were to start logging in here without responding to me again, what would be the right action for me to take?

We have a general guide here.

tl;dr:

- Make a final attempt at contact, maybe a bit after the holidays die down. It's entirely possible they've just been busy, so one more attempt wouldn't hurt.
- If no response, contact the guardians and paypal (the latter for a refund for nondelivered goods)
- Feel free to make a post in alerts
